Fernanda Macedo serves the Boca Raton community through nonprofit leadership, volunteerism, and civic engagement. She serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of South Palm Beach County, is a member and Public Image Chair of the Rotary Club of Downtown Boca Raton, and is an active member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce. She also chairs Baila Conmigo, an annual Latin cultural fundraiser benefiting the YMCA.

Her community leadership has been recognized through several honors, including nominations for the Junior League of Boca Raton Women Volunteer of the Year Award in 2023 and 2025, the Exceptional Volunteerism Award from the Peter Blum Family YMCA Board in 2022, and the Young Leader of the Year Award in 2021.

Fernanda believes that success carries a responsibility to give back and is passionate about helping others, supporting meaningful causes, and creating opportunities for people and families to thrive.
