ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’ve been with State Farm for a little over 10 years, and my agency is built around service, professionalism, and genuine connection. I hold the ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from The American College of Financial Services, which reflects my strong focus on financial guidance and long-term protection for our customers. Family is incredibly important to me, and when I’m not in the office you’ll likely find me spending time with my 11-year-old son—riding bikes, exploring theme parks in Orlando, or relaxing at the beach here in Boca Raton.
Community involvement is at the heart of who I am. I proudly serve as a Board Member of the Boca Raton YMCA, support their financial assistance program, and chair the Hispanic fundraising event Baila Conmigo. I’m also active with the Downtown Boca Raton Rotary Club, the Boca Chamber of Commerce, and the Women’s Executive Club of South Palm Beach. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
