"Dear Noemi,

I understand you are unhappy underwriting terminated your coverage prematurely.
As I emailed you earlier, we have several emails as evidence you were aware and informed the inspection was needed in order to keep your policy active, including one where you apologized for not getting back to inspector and admitted he has been trying to reach you.

While investigating your complaint, I see my team went above and beyond trying to help you schedule your inspection, with dozens of reminders between February and May. And back and forth with underwriting to ask them to give you another chance to schedule your inspection.

As I mentioned over the phone, we are sorry the experience didn’t go as expected, and just know insurance is highly regulated and often the agency’s hands are tight and we have to follow industry compliance and regulations.
If you refuse to open the doors for a mandatory inspection, underwriting has the legal right to cancel your policy.

For future, I highly recommend listening to your insurance agent when they advise you underwriting will cancel your policy if you don’t take action.
