I hold the ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from The American College of Financial Services, which reflects my strong focus on financial guidance and long-term protection for our customers. Family is incredibly important to me, and when I’m not in the office you’ll likely find me spending time with my 11-year-old son—riding bikes, exploring theme parks in Orlando, or relaxing at the beach here in Boca Raton.

I proudly serve as a Board Member of the Boca Raton YMCA, support their financial assistance program, and chair the Hispanic fundraising event Baila Conmigo. ROLE DESCRIPTIONFernanda Macedo - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
